POSITION: Housing Case Manager
FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Housing Services manager, and within the scope of the agency’s goals and objectives, the Housing Case Manger’s role is to develop new opportunities for clients to establish linkages with resources in the community including housing, employment, and social services. Also responsible for the provision of case management services to participants in the Rapid Re-Housing Program.
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, some evenings may be required based on client and program needs.
QUALIFICATIONS: BA Degree and/or four years experience in social services. A deep understanding of housing needs and domestic violence issues. Experience in case management, crisis intervention, intakes and assisting individuals develop increased self-sufficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task program responsibilities with administrative responsibilities.
