Residential Case Manager

POSITION: Residential Case Manager

FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Residential Services Director,  and with in the scope of the agency’s goals and objectives, the case manager is responsible for the provision of case management services to program participants.

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full time & some evening.

SALARY STATUS: ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­non-exempt

QUALIFICATIONS:
BA degree and/or 2 years  experience in social service. Experience in case management, intakes, and communication with public and private agencies.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships.  Computer literacy required.  Experience assisting individuals develop increase self-sufficiency.  Bilingual Spanish required.
