POSITION: Residential Evening Advocate

FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Shelter Manager, and with in the scope of the agency’s goals and objectives, the Evening Advocate is responsible for providing appropriate services to program participants.

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full time, Sunday – Thursday, 3PM – 11PM

SALARY STATUS: ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­non-exempt

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with trauma survivors and their children in a group living program and multicultural setting.  Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions while maintaining a safe trauma sensitive environment.  Good written and verbal communication skills.  Current California Driver’s License, reliable transportation and update insurance required.
